Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     This was a wonderful birthday celebration and a fantastic dining experience! Our waitress Diane was professional, kind, and overall great! The drinks and food were perfect from beginning to end, and the birthday treats were so special and appreciated. Everything was exceptional!

    I ordered a 22oz rib eye (bone in) medium rare. The steak was 3/8 thick and medium well. It did not appear to be 22 oz. My wife ordered a 10 oz. filet mignon and it was great.

    Our waiter Paul was fantastic. The food was out of this world, and the drinks were mixed perfectly. Highly recommend the seafood tower app. We dine here for all our big events and it continues to get better every time.

    Overall a very enjoyable experience but there were a few factors that cost this restaurant a star. Mainly, cost for value. For two people, it was $260 which is not terrible for a good steakhouse but you also don’t usually leave a good steakhouse unsatisfied. We ordered two dry aged New York strips medium rare and they were cooked perfectly but had zero seasoning, not even a salt crust. Additionally the steaks come with absolutely no sides and what they do offer for shareable table sides was very limited. We ended up with the truffle fries which were pretty good. We also ordered a bottle of Riesling. On the positive side, the atmosphere was pleasant and the wait staff was very attentive.
