Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     This is our go to for special occasions. It never disappoints. Gabriella was attentive, professional and courteous. The steaks were cooked to perfection and the birthday dessert is always a show stopper. The prices have gone up considerably so keep that in mind.

    We went for their Wagyu Burger and Wine special. It was very tasty and the service was great. We look forward to the special coming back next year.

    It was incredible. Great service and great food. We got the crab cake appetizer, filet mignon with mushrooms, mashed potatoes and asparagus. All perfect

    We enjoyed the Waygu and wine on several occasions; however, tonight we ordered our burgers medium rare and they were medium to medium well. My husband ordered the blue cheese and truffle and couldn’t really taste much of either.
