Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     The food was great BUT the service provided by Andrew was AMAZING. He made a night that started off as a disaster into a night of fun and an experience that I’ll greatly appreciate. Will return again and again. Thank you

    Capital Grille, as always, never disappoints! From their food to their ambiance, they are truly amazing! Despite being slammed last night for Valentine's Day, you would have thought we were the only ones in the restaurant by how attentive the entire staff were to us! This is a true dining experience that we highly recommend to anyone seeking a special night out! PS. Thank you, Chris Scott and your team, for always going above and beyond!

    We booked for Valentine's Day. Our server was Abel and he was attentive without hovering. The wine selection was HUGE! The cocktails were delicious and the specials for the night were amazing! There was valet parking available (no call ahead required). We ended our night with complimentary chocolate covered strawberries and a rose for the occasion. 10 out of 10, the reviews weren't kidding about how amazing this place is!

    Dinner was amazing from start to finish! Every dish; every drink - fabulous! Diego was an absolute pleasure as our server! We really enjoyed ourselves and had a fantastic celebratory dinner! The lobster and crabcake appetizer was delicious; wedge salad and the pieces of bacon - YUM! The sliced filet with mushrooms and onions with fig essence melted in our mouths! Cheesecake and espresso martinis were the perfect finish! Everything was top notch! Thank you for a wonderful evening!

    We are frequent diners at the Capitol Grille and are never disappointed in the quality of service and the food. Last night we celebrated my wife’s 81st birthday and we were waited upon by Diego Ojeda who did it absolutely wonderful job of making us feel welcome and attending to our needs. As usual, we have the 10 ounce filet mignon our favorite salads, and matching wines. We appreciated the quiet booth and the special dessert celebrating my wife’s birthday. We look forward to returning soon.
