   The food and ambience were excellent, but the true delight of our experience was found in the kindness and attention shown to us by our server, Diego. The man left us all smiling. I would eat a shoe if it were served to me by Diego. We’ll certainly be returning!

   Our party of four thoroughly enjoyed our meals. Everything we ordered was delicious and prepared as requested. Our server, John, was very attentive and friendly.

   Although I always enjoy capital grille @ many locations in many cities, I was disappointed in the undercooked NY strip I ordered as medium. The server was too busy talking to get a guest check in a timely fashion

   Our entire meal was excellent. We started with the lobster/crab cake and then I had the filet and lobster tail combo with au gratin potatoes and spinach and my husband had a sirloin. Very very good and Nick our waiter was great!

   Jeff was outstanding. We were able to enjoy a well paced dinner without people hovering. Jeff was attentive, but allowed for us to enjoy the evening without feeling rushed. Excellent Service!!!

    After returning a medium well steak that should have been medium rare, the cook rushed the second one. Seared on the outside and raw on the inside is not medium rare. Think seared raw tuna. Sent it back again, despite the manager lady having an argument with me about temperature and guffawing at me. Not the waiter’s fault who did an outstanding job, recommending a fantastic wine. The third try was burned and overdone on the extremities, only decent by the bone. Unpleasant and disappointing.
