Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Eugene was excellent always aware of what we needed and made excellent recommendations. I never had an empty water glass the whole 4 hours I was there the service is great.

    We always enjoy Capital Grill. They don’t rush you, the wait staff are extremely professional and attentive. This time I marked down one star for service as we had to ask for more tea. Normally you get refills without asking. It’s a small thing but that’s what sets Capital Grill apart.

    What a nice touch with a handwritten birthday card on the table for my Dad’s birthday! One of the best coconut cream pie & cheesecake I’ve ever had.

    We took my Mom here for her 85th Birthday 🎂 and she absolutely loved it. My husband and I have been coming here for years and view it as one of our favorite restaurants. Thank you Capital Grille for making my Mom's Birthday special. She absolutely loves Ribeye Steak and was in awe of the Ribeye steak sandwich. Amazing 👏
