Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Great restaurant! Best steak I've had in a while. Service was great as well. Waiter wasn't as personal as we are accustomed to, but he was very nice and checked on us often.

    Capital grille is. National chain. But its culture is based on excellence. The location is sharp and clean! It’s valet professional and efficient. Check in timely. We chose the bar. It was packed! It was alive with fun and energy. Our waiter was attentive. We had Caesar salad and a lobster bisque respectively. Both very good. She over planned and did not realize the fresh seafood tray of shrimp, lobster, and oysters was for a table. Not one. It was not great. The lobster was certainly not worth the money. My steak was excellent ! The bar was great. Stick with fresh seafood. The shellfish - sans oysters- were not a good play

    Multiple large parties made it a bit louder than I would’ve liked. But the service was outstanding, and the food was excellent as always. So that made up for it.

    We went for my birthday on a Monday night. We sat in the bar lounge area, and it was pretty quiet, probably due to it being Monday night. We really enjoyed it because most places are very noisy these days. Karen waited on us, and she was very attentive and knowledgeable of the menu. The service was meticulous. We've been going to the Capital Grille since it opened, and it has never disappointed.
