Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Birthday dinner for my wife was outstanding, could not have been better. Janszen (our server) was perfect as was Rock who sat us. Special treat was the personalized birthday card when we arrived at our table, as well as the table decor for her birthday. Thank you for an amazing experience - we will definitely return. Nothing could have been better, and it exceeded our expectations.

    From beginning to end our visit was over the top outstanding. Bobby our server was pleasant informative and overall excellent. The food was amazing and the dessert for my wife's Birthday was a very kind gesture. One of our favorite places in Dallas
