Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     We usually love eating at Capital Grill. This experience was not the same as our previous visits. We ordered lobster salad where the lobster was over cooked, rubbery. and tasteless. It was served with arugula that should have been retired. We also ordered crab salad which was delicious but the accompanying fruit and salad were not ripe or not as favorable as in the past.

    Capital Grille is beautiful and never disappoints. We loved the food and service after finally getting a nice side table. Hostess needs to be more carefully when sitting guests with so many empty tables don't offer the worst tables first.

    We’ve been a regular at this spot since 2014.. absolutely love it here. They treat you great. Staff are professional & personable. Will visit again when we’re back in town❤️

    Capital Grille is our FAVORITE place for lobster. It’s better than Lobster Bar or any other seafood restaurant in my opinion. Our server, Miguel, has been there 29 years and is as good as it gets. Their steaks are cooked perfectly and a lot of attention is paid to detail and perfection. You’d never know it was a chain. Also, take advantage of the 10% back on holiday gift cards:)
