Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     A truly exceptional dining experience at this location.. Every dish was a masterpiece of flavor and presentation, showcasing the freshest ingredients with impeccable culinary technique. The service by Aziz and Chowdhury Haque was warm, attentive, and knowledgeable, making us feel like valued guests throughout the evening, making my mother’s birthday even more memorable. The ambiance was perfectly curated, creating a delightful atmosphere for a special occasion. This is without a doubt one of the best meals I've had in a while - as always highly recommend!

    Always a great experience at CG. Our go to steakhouse weather it's a family or business occasion. If you're looking for a great steak, service and ambiance don't second guess it...you pay for what you get.

    This was one of the few meals I’ve had where everything was truly delicious. The calamari and crab cakes as appetizers were really nicely done and the field greens salad and seared salmon were wonderful. The service was impeccable. I would love to see more dairy-free options for dessert in the future but that’s my only constructive feedback. This was a lovely dining experience.

    One steak out of six was very undercooked. Couldn’t flag anyone down, so they just shared with the others.

    Hostess (Amy) was very nice and accommodating. I wasn't impressed with our waiter (C). His service was okay, not as attentive as usual. Food was very good!

    Our server Curtis was the BEST. My ribeye was just OK. Cooked perfectly but a little tough. Place is super nice and the person they say is extremely pleasant.
