Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     We had a wonderful time on Christmas Eve at The Capital Grille! The cocktails, appetizers and steaks were absolutely perfect. 🤩 The service was very good and when they accidentally didn’t pack up one of our leftovers the manager made it right and cooked us another steak to go! That is excellent service! We will definitely be back! Thank you Capital Grille for a wonderful family dinner experience ❤️

    Thanksgiving tradition for me: eating at the.bar and watch the Lions. Clam chowder was luscious, the tuna steak was rare and delicious, and the coconut cream pie, the best in town.

    My adult daughter and I visited on Thanksgiving at 11 a.m. My daughter ordered the Tuna tartar, and it was quite good. I enjoyed the turkey, dressing and cranberry, with mashed potatoes and a side of Mac and cheese, sans lobster. It was all exceptional. We skipped dessert and opted for cappuccinos. I also enjoyed a cocktail, plus a Pinot Noir with the meal. The tab was south of $200.00, and we both found it a special and worthwhile moment. It was a great way to enjoy excellent food without holiday overeating. We’ll return!
