   John was a very accommodating and professional waiter. We enjoyed dining with him. The shrimp cocktail was not as good as we’ve experienced in the past at Capital Grille. Steaks were cooked to the appropriate temperature and John quickly accommodated when the bernaise sauce on one of the steaks was insufficient. Kudos to John.

   Normally Valentine’s Day in restaurants are rushed and typically service is off. This was not the case, from our waitress Deana to the food was excellent. We were a little late due to traffic on Valentines Day but we were seated immediately! No issues! Everything was perfect! So glad I chose The Capital Grille, not my first time dining here but definitely not my last!

   Food was great. Service was excellent. Wish the maitre/front of the house hostess was a bit more pleasant but it was a busy night so I understand. The brussels and crème brûlée were my favorite. Steak was way overcooked but the manager made up for it in a lovely way. Overall, 8/10 experience.

    Capital Grille is one of our favorite places. This time we were there to celebrate my husband’s Birthday. We had a table of six that stuck into the waiter’s traffic which was quite distracting. I have never seen a six top in this location in the many times we were there. Also, I ordered 3 sides for the table and ended with 4 and 2 were not what I ordered. Our waiter was nice but had another job to do as bartender so we didn’t have a regular waiter. Food was great as usual. Nice evening but could have been better.
