Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. The service, the food, the ambiance was amazing. I rsvp’d online (same day) for my husband’s birthday. Added a little note that it was his birthday and the table was decorated with some cute decor and a card. So thoughtful to say the least. Everything was 10/10! I cant wait to return! Shoutout to Chalice and his partner (I hate that I can’t remember her name) for providing the best customer service! ☺️

Justin definitely made the experience! Service, food and vibe were all top tier. Justin fully explained the menu and catered to our every need even anticipated what we may need so we didn't have to actually ask for anything. Phenomenal server, will definitely be visiting again and requesting Justin!

The restaurant was overcrowded. The staff at the entrance didn’t find my reservation. I made another reservation and they accomadated us late. The service was terrible but the food was ok. The valet was backed up and I never received their text message.

Food is always perfect at Capital Grille. The first table we received was not good and they changed after request. Food was great and service as well. Dionisio did a great job.
