Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Mitch took care of us and made the Valentines experience next level. Cudos to him, great kid , always there if we needed something, but not overbearing. We feel that’s the difference between Capital grill and Rubys. Ruby’s service people are too much!

    Everything was exceptional. Our server was knowledgeable and attentive. All the food was prepared perfectly. A wonderful dining experience!

    Made this reservation for my husband’s birthday 4 months ago… had to wait over 45 minutes past the reservation time. Did not start out too good. Very noisy and very busy. When we finally got seated … had confetti on table and a birthday card. Was not offered champagne like we had gotten in the past. We ordered right away… got lobster bisque and the soup was not hot at all . Had to ask if the waiter was going to offer sherry. Had to ask the waiter for a lot… water, pepper for salad, steak knife, desert for my husband’s birthday, etc. Even the bathrooms were not up to par… no toilet paper or special touches they had before . Food was pretty good. We have never had this kind of service at this restaurant before. We use Capital Grille as our special occasion place. This was a miss tonight. Kind of disappointed.

    The food at The Capital Grille is excellent- the tuna is exquisite. The portions are huge, especially for the sides, so be aware. The lobster bisque with sherry is special. Our server Adam was friendly and professional without being at all stuffy.
