Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Hostess and valet service were unacceptably slow and certainly not apologetic. Table service was outstanding while food was consistent with Capital Grille standards. Probably won’t return to this location though.

    The food was good, a little pricey but the service was really bad. Our waitress was not good, we had to ask another waiter to take our order. She never checked on us.

    I was disappointed in our service. It was rude that when I was brought a birthday dessert, he didn't ask my wife if she wanted a dessert. Had to wave him down to order her a dessert. Had to wave him down to order coffee. Had to wave him down to get steak sauce. In other words, he just dropped off our food and took off. This was a special occasion. After my retirement we don't go to fine restaurants like Capital Grill too often and It's a special treat. I have to admit I was disappointed. It seems fine restaurants are not too fine anymore.

    They seated us quickly, and were so polite! Service was amazing, Jason knew our every need and approached and handled everything with the utmost professionalism! Food was delish and so well prepared!
