Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Our waiter was extremely attentive and personable. He was helpful in making recommendations and he made sure we were satisfied with our entire dining experience. Him and his staff were amazing!! It was some of the best service we had received in a very long time from any other restaurant. We enjoyed my husband's birthday celebration very much thanks to Capital Grille and their wonderful staff!!

    Every time we’ve been here for lunch it’s been perfect. The service and the ambiance are what I appreciate the most. I highly recommend the King of Prussia Capital Grille!
