   We have been coming to Capital Grille for many years. We always come during the holidays. We are locals in Las Vegas so Capital Grille is one of our favorites. Everything was absolutely perfect as always. The food, service, ambiance couldn't have been better. The wait staff was superb.

   The food was great. My husband ordered the NY strip and came out perfect medium rare. I got chicken risotto, and it was tasty. The chicken was moist, truffle fries hot and delicious, the mashed potatoes good as well. I got an espresso martini, and Mr. got the old-fashioned, these were made well and strong. Isaiah was the best. Honestly, we don't typically go to what would be considered "fine" restaurants. Not for lack of funds lol, it's just not our style. I asked questions of Isaiah that would imply this not being our norm, and it was apparent there was no judgment, and he made us quite comfortable.

   We chose Capital Grill because we wanted an amazing steakhouse experience but needed an early reservation. We were blown away with the service, the quality of food and the total experience. Drinks were creative and delicious. The staff was extremely accommodating for my mom in a wheelchair and was always close without feeling overbearing. We ordered started with a cup of soup and all of them were delicious: lobster bisque, clam chowder and onion soup. I’d say order the onion, it was spectacular. Next we shared the lobster salad where the lobster was perfectly cooked, tender and the dressing just the right amount of citrus. For entrees we had the cut filet mignon with mushroom and fig essence. This dish didn’t blow me away, the meat was perfectly cooked but the mushrooms and onion didn’t add anything. I would say just order the regular filet. We also had the salmon that was delicious. I recommend this restaurant whole heartedly.

   Capital Grille is one of my favorite places for lunch/dinner to celebrate a good day, a birthday or just to have an absolute great meal. The ambience is classy yet cozy. As always, my lunch was excellent. Nelson was our waiter. He was professional, friendly and made us feel special. It was a lovely afternoon at Capital Grille and, I will be back on Saturday to celebrate my grandson's 15th birthday.

   Second time dining at this location and the meal was fantastic! The lobster bisque was delicious with large chunks of lobster in every bite. The Waygu steak melts in your mouth and was perfectly cooked. The corn with bacon was fantastic. Thank you to Jon our server who has excellent customer service skills and made a birthday celebration memorable!
