Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     The food was good and the server was great. Her name is Lily. My only complaint that the food did not come out hot. I don’t know if it’s because it was Father’s Day and they’re very busy but we had to send back our mashed potatoes because they were cold the lobster biscuits also serve room temperature and I preferred it hot, but as far as the experience , it rate them four star. And food unfortunate I have to give a three star this time. Maybe next time…

    I always have a great meal at the Capital Grill. The food is excellent, service is always perfect. Our waiter, Iggy, was a true professional and very personable. It's always a little dark but not such that you can't see your table mates.
