Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     We always have great service here and tonight was no different. I had the salmon along with the bacon brussels, prosciutto-wrapped mozzarella, truffle fries and mashed potatoes (sides are all shared by the table). Bread options are excellent from the onion white loaf to the pumpernickel raisin bread to the flat bread. All come out together so you get a nice variety. Everyone else had the filet mignon or NY Strip, which are always cooked perfectly. This is a great spot to celebrate at (Marry Christmas' Eve!).

    Absolutely horrible service. our first steak was well over cooked- our waiter 20 minutes to come check on us. then took our sides and steak saying he would bring back more. the steak came back cooked properly but the sides he took never came back. he never came to check on the new steak. ridiculous. we actually had to ask another waiter to get our bill. terrible. embarrassing. the new/old manager should be ashamed.

    Only negative was the table next to us was on a FaceTime call at full volume that distracted all tables surrounding them, inclusive of ours. This call went on for a painful 37 minutes.

    Vlad is the perfect professional as usual and made our evening with friends most enjoyable! Chef, please rethink the crust on the lamb chops - not the best option I’ve had there over the many years. See you all soon!
