Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     We had a wonderful Mother’s Day brunch. The service was fantastic. The food came out quickly, which was great because we were eating with our three children. The staff was accommodating and made sure that the food for the kids came out before the rest of our food.

    As usual top notch. What a special night. We love going to the Capital Grille. The experience is always excellent from the greeting by the valets, hosts, wait staff and food. Look forward to our next visit

    Outstanding service with some treats for our friends anniversary. Love the roast beet salad and the man loved his steak

    Steaks were cooked very well. Only complaint was the Baked potato we ordered wasn't hot. Our server Zach was great.

    What a marvelous experience! First time visit to The Capitol Grille and we were not disappointed. Steaks were outstanding and prepared perfectly. Carlos was gracious and helpful. Thank you!
