Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     The food at CG is consistant and always delicious. Wait staff cannot be beat. It has gotten expensive but it is still our special occasion go to restaurant.

    We decided to do Thanksgiving dinner here in the afternoon. The food was excellent you can order Thanksgiving dinner or order from the menu. Definitely the best sweet potatoes I’ve ever had! My mother ordered the coconut cream pie for dessert and it was a hit! Zac was our server. He’s very professional, kind, friendly, and thoughtful !  We’ll be back next year with the entire family…Table for 12 please! ☺️

    Very lovely dining experience. Food came out in perfect timing between each course. We were celebrating an anniversary, and it was very thoughtfully handled. I’d happily go back asap!
