Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     The entire experience was simply outstanding - we celebrated our 41st anniversary and they did it with gusto. Everyone from the hostess to our attendant Maureen ( it would be a disservice to call her a waiter) went over and above our high expectations. Congrats to the whole team and we will certainly soon ....

    Fantastic Thanksgiving dinner especially as offered full menu. The service from valet to host to server was exceptional as always. Even though the restaurant was predictably crowded, all performed well making us feel special. The lobster bisque and French onion soups and wedge salad were perfect. Favorites Kona crusted steak and NY strip were done perfectly and delicious, as well as the lamb. Ended with fantastic pumpkin cheesecake and coconut tart. We are grateful and appreciative of the staff’s holiday efforts. Thank you

    The experience was good over all. the waiter was very knowledgeable and checked on us from time to time to make sure we were taken care of. Expensive but expected for the venue.
