Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     We had an amazing experience. The service was top-notch. Brad was our server we started with the burrato and heirloom tomato.. We all had steak three different cuts, mashed potato for the table spinach for the table of course dessert and we will be back.

    The restaurant was elegant and lovely. It felt like a private club honoring the impressive portraits on the walls. I could live there. The wait staff was very, very attentive, and the food was great. My wedge salad with blue cheese was cold and crispy-fresh. Fellow diners enjoyed their fried calamari. My steak au poivre was divine, my husband polished off his Kona NY strip steak without a second thought. Friends devoured their fresh seafood platter which was a very impressive presentation. Capital Grille in Boca pales in comparison to the WPB location. We will be back!
