Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Phenomenal service. Abby and Jay great duo providing outstanding performance. Celebrating my twin boys 15th birthday. Can’t think of an other restaurant that gives such quality service. The food is delicious but it’s the staff and the attention to detail which makes the dining experience such a special experience. 11 out of 10.

    My husband and I always go here for our birthdays and are never disappointed. We both had steak that was cooked exactly as we asked. The waiter was very polite and did a wonderful job. As always, it was a very nice and a special place for us. We will definitely be back next year or sooner
