The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     I asked to be seated in a particular servers area and they said they were gonna do that in the end they sent me in a totally different server. I’ve been coming to Capital Grill for many years and I think it’s unfair and unreasonable that they just thought that was OK. Spoke to your manager and he gave me his phone number saying that I have a problem to call him I understand that but I don’t think that’s necessary. I think they should’ve fulfilled my request and they did not. I’m in there at restaurant many many times disappointing
