Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     The service was top tier. We had mentioned in the reservation it was our anniversary, and they had our table set up to celebrate. They brought us champagne and at the end of dinner a special desert plate. Would definitely come back again.

    It was a busy night, but we were well taken care of. Wait staff and food were amazing. Had several interactions with the General Manager and he was very friendly and wanted to make sure our experience was great. Very professional!

    We had an incredible dinner and our server, Zach, truly made the evening unforgettable. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, from the pacing of the meal to his warm and friendly demeanor. Zach’s attention to detail and genuine care for our elevated the entire night. It was more than just a meal; it was an amazing experience thanks to him. Highly recommend both the food and the exceptional service!

    Our waitress, Maria, was excellent. She was extremely friendly and never frazzled even though it was a busy Friday night. The food and drinks were delicious.

    Truly outstanding dining experience that you can always count on. Their great food and fabulous attentive service is very hard to find. I highly recommend Capital Grill if you are looking for a place to celebrate the holidays with family, friends or that important business meeting with you clients. You will not be disappointed. My favorites are the filet, grilled mushrooms and asparagus. Bon Appetite!

    This grill is my favorite, but it was the first time I had to send my steak back because it was too well done. When I got the new steak that was too underdone, but I’d rather have rare medium than medium well.
