Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     This was my first time here and the ambience was incredible. I did find it to be challenging to enjoy my night at first because we sat down for over 20 minutes before being assisted by someone. Families sat down after us and were greeted promptly which made us uncomfortable. Once we were introduced to our server, he was extremely apologetic and made up for it. The food was good and I really enjoyed their Caesar salad. It’s one of the best that I’ve ever had. For the rest of the meal, the price point didn’t match the quality of food compared to competitive restaurants that I’ve been to. I would absolutely return to get it another try, but not relatively soon.

    My husband and I had a mixed experience at Capital Grille. The atmosphere was far more raucous than I would expect at a steakhouse. It was very loud and difficult to hear conversation at the table because of the shouting in the dining room. The food was delicious. The service was quite slow at first. It was 20-30 minutes from the time we were seated until my husband got his first cocktail. However the manager came to our table and helped to rectify issues with slow service and with my steak being the incorrect temperature when it was served. We had a delicious meal, but I don’t know that we’ll return to this restaurant.

    Capital Grille’s lobster bisque is to die for! Those huge chunks of lobster really make the dish. And the crab and lobster cake is delicious. Coupled with the truffle fries, it’s a winning duo.

    The service was top tier. We had mentioned in the reservation it was our anniversary, and they had our table set up to celebrate. They brought us champagne and at the end of dinner a special desert plate. Would definitely come back again.

    It was a busy night, but we were well taken care of. Wait staff and food were amazing. Had several interactions with the General Manager and he was very friendly and wanted to make sure our experience was great. Very professional!

    We had an incredible dinner and our server, Zach, truly made the evening unforgettable. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, from the pacing of the meal to his warm and friendly demeanor. Zach’s attention to detail and genuine care for our elevated the entire night. It was more than just a meal; it was an amazing experience thanks to him. Highly recommend both the food and the exceptional service!
