Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Filet was prepared perfectly and was a generous cut (10 oz) for the money. We were seated early, our server was very polite and efficient and my cocktail (In Fashion) was delicious!

    Sat in the Bar area and had drinks and dinner. Bartenders were excellent. We had French Onion soup (small but 5 star). Salmon, prepared perfect but not as much flavor is I generally like. The brocolli it was on top of was 5 star. Had side mushrooms, Excellent portions, prepared perfect, looked amazing, however lacked flavor (disappointed).

    This is the second or third time I have had the salmon. It is always good the only problem is the lack of Marconis almonds were not there. I couldn’t tell there were any almonds!! I hope you fix this. Sincerely Caren Kennedy

    It’s overpriced for the quality of food. Steak was worse than an Outback. Salads no better. Drink menu is excellent. Service great. But in the end you could have a much better meal at KEG Steakhouse for half the price.
