   This was our first time here and the food was surprisingly delicious. It was better than the their competitors and a good value. Everything was good and they had a great selection.

   The food was very good, the only downside was that my medium-rare steak was more medium than medium-rare. And the restaurant’s ambiance was, as always, great. The only flaw was the service, which has always been excellent, but not last night. For example, our server delivered our salad and chowder starters and rushed off before we could ask for some ground pepper and Tabasco sauce, and she forgot to bring a soup spoon for the chowder. Fortunately, other members of the service team stepped in to pick up the slack. We also felt a bit rushed. We'll gladly return but hope for a different server.

   Our waiter was not very friendly when we went from a table of 3 to 4, when the host was already taking care of the switch. He had a nasty look on his face. He was just aggressive while we dined tonight. I am a HUGE believer in customer service. I have dined all over the world, and also a repeat customer and to have okay customer service here tonight. Was disappointing. Food was great and some of the best we have had here previously.

   The lobster bisque tasted like watery tomato soup this time. Very unusual. It’s normally very rich and hearty. Tasted like it had been diluted to stretch it. Sorry.
