Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     We were disappointed in the quality of the steak, as the ribeye seemed to be on the tough side. The prices are through the roof these days and I don’t see the value like I used to.

    I’ve eaten at Capital Grille restaurants in most major cities. This was by far the worst one I’ve experienced. For a $500 tab for two people, you shouldn’t leave a restaurant irritated. It wasn’t crowded, yet the service was non-existent. The waiter, when they did appear, had to be reminded that they hadn’t brought the previous items discussed. The manager wandered around but never realized that most of us were not having a good experience.

    Dylan was great -the food and wine fabulous. We were not hungry for dessert so we enjoyed it at home. Great experience

    Been here a total of 8 times and this was by far the most awkward. Server didn’t seem to care for the quality of service she was providing. Never tried to interact with us or build some type of connection with us. I’ve never had this issue any other times I’ve been but going to celebrate our oldest made the experience less than exciting for her.

    Susan & Gabriel provided 5 star service with attention to the smallest of details. They made our evening truly memorable. Food was was abundant however my sliced filet was a little over cooked for Med Rare. We look forward to returning upon our next celebration!
