Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Always a great dining experience, primarily because we always request the very best server in all of Phoenix, Denise! We love the food and the atmosphere here, but the fabulous, attentive, caring service we receive from Denise is far superior to any of our many, many fine dining favorites! Do yourself a favor and request to have Denise as your server!

    It was my first time eating at Capital Grille. Nicole was so attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly. Our food was delicious. We were treated like royalty. It was an overall wonderful dining experience!

    We had a wonderful experience for a birthday dinner. The staff (Brandon, James and others) were very nice and right on top of everything. Brandon was extremely knowledgeable about the menu offerings. The food was great. Just everything about our dinner was great. We'll definitely return in the future!
