Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     As always Ryan took care of us even going out of his way to have a makeshift Shirley Temple station at our table- very nice touch- meal was delicious and made my 50th birthday dinner special- thank you!

    Entire experience was phenomenal. Cocktails, food, and dessert were incredible. My go to servers Quinn and Tim will not disappoint!

    Capital is always consistent, I’ve found. Steaks were fantastic, bacon app was delicious even though I don’t typically like bbq sauce, Brussels, lobster mashed and the parm truffle French fries were all really good. The calamari was lacking a bit. Bit chewy but not bad, just not the way I prefer it. Overall I find this to be a solid option when I’m in town.

    Celebrated a friend’s 85th birthday! Had requested table table number 47 ahead of time! It wasn’t going to be available for a while. Had also requested to be in a small room and none of the tables were available in there either. We took a table in front of the kitchen. Despite our initial disappointment of not being in a quiet area, the dinner was delicious and our waiter Michael could not have been more attentive . We are all in our 80s and our hearing is not what it used to be. We had a very enjoyable evening and we look forward to coming again and hopefully getting a table that we requested .

    This ABSOLUTELY DID NOT MEET THE CAPITAL GRILLE STANDARD. Our server, Michael, seemed distracted and uninterested in our party of 4. An entree plate was taken from the table while we were still enjoying the dish. A wine glass was also removed from the table prematurely, never to be returned or replaced with another beverage. We ordered 2 10oz filets,… one was exactly what you would expect from The Capital Grille,… the other looked like a small, flat sirloin you would get at a low-end chain. THIS DINNER WAS A DISAPPOINTMENT FOR SURE. SHAME.
