Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Our waiter Victoria was exceptional! She treated us like royalty - she is excellent. Food was was top notch as it always is at Capital Grill!!

    This is one of my favorite restaurants in the city. The service is always top-notch. The food is as good as it gets. It is a bit pricey for the average person. But you definitely get what you pay for. That being said, it's a perfect place for that special occasion.

    Right when you walk in everyone is very friendly! We got seated within 5 minutes of our reservation. We went on Valentine’s Day, so they were very busy but managed it very well. The waitress we had was very polite and friendly. She told us about the highlights of the menu and her personal favorites. It was a nice experience to hear the popular recommendations! All 3 courses that we ordered came out in a timely fashion and were absolutely delicious! The lobster crab cake appetizer was definitely amazing! The steak was cooked perfectly and was so tender! The crème brûlée was so light but cooked at just the right temperature and time! Overall, we were very pleased with this restaurant and will most definitely be back very soon!

    Noisy Food was good but not spectacular for the price. We ordered scallops with lobster tail and risotto asparagus. We thought we were getting a lobster tail but did not. It was hidden in the rice and not much of it.

    Victoria B took good care of us on Valentines dinner for 4 of us. Field green salad, brussels sprouts, potatoes au gratin, and the 10oz fillet with Kona dry rub was really good with the shallot butter. All was very good.
