Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Our waiter was fantastic and very attentive to us! We had a wonderful dinner, great wine and good conversation with friends! I will definitely be visiting Capital Grill with friends again!

    Robert did a terrific job of taking care of us. Martin, his support server, also was outstanding in meeting our needs. The steaks and seafood were cooked perfectly. The Kona crusted steak was especially good with the right amount of char. Sides were delicious. Great evening, great food, and excellent service. Capital Grille is one of our top go to steakhouses. Friends and family always are excited to join us there for dinner.

    Haven’t been to capital Grille in lunch in many years. This was definitely a very enjoyable lunch out with work colleagues to celebrate an occasion and it did not disappoint. Will definitely be back for lunch.

    We celebrated several birthdays at once, an annual event for us. Food and experience in point as usual. Wine selection never disappoints. Food and service amazing.
