Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     We had a wonderful anniversary celebration at Capital Grille. Michael was attentive to our needs without being overly present. We were wished a happy anniversary by the hostesses, the manager, maybe the chef, and Michael. The food was fantastic, and the dessert treats were the perfect size. Thank you for making our anniversary celebration so special! We will return!

    It is a nice place. Good service, nice wait staff, not quite as good as Bob’s but good. We enjoyed it

    The Capital Grill was the perfect place for dining as a celebration of our daughter’s birthday. The food and service was excellent. Our server was outstanding and took care of our every need. The food was great and the birthday sampler dessert for our daughter topped the meal. Highly recommend The Capital Grill
