Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. Everything was delicious. Service excellent as always. For some unknown reason, there was no bacon in the Brussels sprouts side. This is gutting. That bacon is extraordinary. The waiter was surprised so he gave us complimentary desserts and coffee Should probably be a 5 star for that, but went with 4 stars Missing out on that bacon. Gutted

Had reservation at 6:00 pm which was not available. After waiting 20 minutes had to take two seats at the bar, not our preferred way to dine. Wait staff were great and apologetic, management non- existent.

We always enjoy Capital Grille. The food, service, and atmosphere were all excellent. We’ve been going to this particular Capital Grille since they opened and have never been disappointed. After the pandemic, many restaurants declined in food quality, and most definitely in service. The Capital Grille has maintained their level of excellence in both food and service. We always look forward to our next visit.

Fantastic meal, with amazing, attentive service from Alex! Steaks were cooked to perfection! Lobster tails were sweet and succulent. Appetizers of shrimp cocktail, tuna tartare, and oysters were fresh and delicious. A perfect dinner all around!
