Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     This is the first dinner at CG where I came away disappointed with the overall experience. The food was great, as usual, the service above average, the room was noisy (it is holiday season) and my wife, son and I mostly enjoyed ourselves. I had mentioned that we were celebrating our son's birthday and during past dinners the CG would bring out a complimentary dessert....NOTHING this time...they did decorate the table and give him a card (appreciated). Lot's of new/unknown staff and I think the general manager is new. A fellow in a suit came around and asked how dinner was...didn't introduce himself. I think we already miss Brian!!

    My wife’s 74th birthday. Our table had Happy Birthday confetti sprinkled over it, our waiter was super and we enjoyed a delicious cheesecake mini and a mouth watering chocolate mini cake on the house following our meals. Atmosphere, food and service were all TOP NOTCH. Highly recommend for your special occasion or just a delightful meal.

    Great bone-in filet special. Excellent “main menu” salmon filet. Service staff is very on-the-ball and ensured all our needs were immediately met.

    Food was very good. Service was poor in the bar. One bartender is not good when all bar seats are full and trying to make whole place drinks. Server in bar very weak. Food was very good.

    We reserved a corner quiet table for a business dinner and was placed in a corner with a long table having their own party. We ended up having to move to a different area with an empty table, away from the big group so we can carry a conversation. We ended up having a wonderful evening, was able to carry meaningful conversation. Food was great except the lobster bisque was ok
