Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Antonio made our meal highly enjoyable. His attention to detail and kindness was fantastic. The Doli, lobster, spinach and Sam’s potatoes were superb!

    Excellent service our servers and host were so responsive to getting our food out in time for our graduation celebration that evening despite how busy they were with other families. Lovely warmth and appropriate engagement - it is a Seattle classic.

    We are steak house fanatics and Capitol Grille delivered on all accounts. The highlight was the seafood tower. Incredible offering. Would strongly recommend to anyone

    Capital Grille in Seattle Washington was fantastic. Anything we had on the menu was delicious and cooked perfectly. The Filter Mignon was perfect. The atmosphere was enjoyable and our server Carlos Romero did an outstanding job and was exceptional. It was a memorable dinner.

    The service was top-notch as expected from previous visits at other Capital Grille’s. The steak was cooked exactly as I ordered it and the sides were delicious. Always excited to come back the next time.

    10/10! Dinner at CG in Seattle felt like coming home. Amazing food, unforgettable service, and thoughtful touches—like a handwritten note from the chef. The beet salad and steak were perfection. Can’t wait to go back!
