Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Capital Grille in Seattle Washington was fantastic. Anything we had on the menu was delicious and cooked perfectly. The Filter Mignon was perfect. The atmosphere was enjoyable and our server Carlos Romero did an outstanding job and was exceptional. It was a memorable dinner.

    10/10! Dinner at CG in Seattle felt like coming home. Amazing food, unforgettable service, and thoughtful touches—like a handwritten note from the chef. The beet salad and steak were perfection. Can’t wait to go back!

    Everything was, in the words of my friend Goldilocks, just right—classy without trying too hard. attentive and friendly service without being overbearing. The steak lunch was everything I like—perfectly tender, juicy, and cooked exactly how I like it along with some duck fat fries and starting with a creamy clam chowder that hit the spot. Definitely coming back for another lunch soon.

    Our meals were outstanding. I had the Cobb salad with tenderloin, and the tenderloin could not have been cooked more perfectly. My guests had the salmon and caesar salad with chicken, and both raved about their choices. Our server, Saul, was excellent, knowledgeable on the menu, and provided outstanding service.
