   A restaurant worth visiting in Westchester. Food is generally quite good, with some excellent dishes, like the osso bucco. Noisy, for sure, and the music choices were clearly for the staff, not the diners! Wine selection was good, service was friendly and skilled, but we had been at our table for 90 min before our entrees arrived. So some areas not as professional as they could be, but a fun and yummy evening.

   Food at The Cookery is always above par but we have eaten here multiple times and the problem is with the limited menu. They have specials but they are extremely limited. Maybe one fish, one meat. The everyday menu can use a reshape to some degree for creativity and assortment. But still highly recommend.

   This place is just awesome! As soon as you walk in you are treated like you've been there 1000 times. People are warm, friendly and actually happy to see you. The music is awesome, the ambiance is just great. You feel comfortable. The food is outstanding!! Love to see what the secret sandwich is. The chef pairs flavors together like no other chef I've seen. Everything is just delicious. The service is impeccable. The waiters and waitresses are at your beck and call, if you need anything they are right there but not hovering over you. They space the meal out nicely so you're never wondering when your food is coming. The drinks are great too. I live across the river and have to take a bridge to get there but it is worth all my time and travel. Make a reservation today! You won't be sorry.

   Always a wonderful experience. Always impressed with the quality and creativity of the food! Great service!! One of our favorite restaurants in Dobbs Ferry!

   The major issue we had with this venue is that they didn’t have everything on the menu available to order. This happened with two main courses we had wanted to order(chicken and The Monte Crisco) and also the special dessert was not available. Seems odd at 230 that there would be any inventory issues. Regarding the time taken from order to our table, drinks arrived super quick as did the starters and dessert. The main course(hamburger and special pasta) took forever. Couldn’t figure that out as the place was not packed at this time.

   Service was extremely slow. We were there for 2.5 hrs for brunch and I was not able to have a second drink because it took too long for them to bring it so I had to cancel it. Terrible, painfully slow service

   Exquisite food in a fun atmosphere. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. It’s our favorite restaurant and it never disappoints! I couldn’t recommend The Cookery more highly.
