   I grew up right across the bridge from the Molly Pitcher. We never could imagine dining at this famous place. Today, after many decades, I had the great good fortune to brunch here with an old friend. I have to say, I was not prepared for the quality of the entire experience. From welcoming ambiance, to drop- dead view to luscious food and impeccable service, it was more than I could have hoped for. San Francisco eateries have nothing on the MPI! I will absolutely dine here every time I am back this way.

   We had a lovely brunch, overlooking the water. Our server was great! The food was very good. Drinks were properly made & the specialty drinks were great!

   The Dining Room at the Molly Pitcher Inn is a beautiful place for celebrating - especially during the holiday season with all the Christmas decorations. The food was delicious and the wait staff are attentive and friendly.

   overall, the atmosphere and the food were decent. Some of the food items came out cold and we had to send them back, but once they addressed it, all was very good.

   My first food review as it is well deserved in this case. Been there many times-- normally good but the adult atmosphere surpassed the just ok food. We are local to the area and this time was just a bad food and service experience. Looks like yet another restaurant relying on location for out of towners vs food quality. My husband got pot pie that looked like watery flour and a few bit of chicken. The chicken on my salad that was so tough - I couldn't cut it let alone eat it. T The server Sue was nice but never came back to even ask how it was. Others got bread, we were shoved our food and then it was briskly taken even though my entire chicken was still on my plate and couldn't even discuss with server unless I felt compelled to complain and stop the buser from taking my plate. It was obvious that I didn't touch the chicken so that should have stopped him there...... Sadly will be not somewhere we recommend anymore. Not a nice experience like it used to be. Hope they aren't turning into a sub-par party venue.

   Lovely setting. Beautiful holiday decorations. Quite pricey. My husband really liked his sea bass. I on the other hand, found the rack of lamb overly salted and not very tasty. Very thin chops and not juicy. Also, quite ridiculous to charge extra for vegetables, potatoes and sauce when the lamb itself was so expensive.

   It’s always fun to eat at the Molly Pitcher but especially enjoyable during the holidays.. The lobby is beautifully decorated and the fireplace is lit! Looking out at the river from the windows adds a very relaxing atmosphere to the dining room. We enjoyed a leisurely brunch and had a hard time choosing what to order. The quinoa salad with salmon and Caesar salad with chicken were generously portioned and quite tasty and the crème brûlée dessert that we shared was delicious.
