The Dysart Petersham has recently undergone a complete interior refurbishment, bringing back to life as many of the original Arts and Crafts elements of the building as possible to set a stylish and comfortable atmosphere.

Our menus change with the seasons as well as always holding a few of our signature dishes, freshly cooked to order by our Head Chef and his team, emphasising freshness, well balanced flavours, ethical sourcing and country values. We have a garden and a forager who provide local Petersham grown produce to our chef.

Upon entering this inn, a fire was burning in the dining room fireplace, setting the mood. The dining room is comfortable with tables placed comfortably apart. The food was wonderfully creative and the wine suggestions were impeccable. The service was excellent and time was spent explaining food and wine. This was a beautiful experience in a lovely environment in a lovely place just outside of London. Worth the ride.

A beautiful setting and great service. A high proportion of dishes were quite cheesy which doesn’t suit everyone but the food was delicious.

Amazing experience! Food was lovely and service was attentive without being overbearing. Loved the ambiance and atmosphere cannot complement the team enough. It’s not cheap but for what you get it’s actually amazing value

We celebrated my husband's 30th birthday at the Dysart with their tasting menu. The team were very flexible in accommodating my dietary requirements (I'm pescatarian and intolerant to coffee) and changed two of the dishes for me, and my husband was able to have the standard menu. In some places the same menu has to be taken by the whole table, so we appreciated the flexibility. The food was excellent, with the waitress providing clear explanations for each course - I particularly enjoyed the beetroot soup and my husband's highlight was the ox tail risotto. We had the wine pairing to go along with the meal and the Migration Pinot Noir was a particular highlight. The ambiance was great and it felt like things were too busy but we also weren't distracted by other guests by it being too quiet. A good balance all around and would thoroughly recommend this restaurant for a special occasion.

I am a tourist visiting London and this restaurant is recommended by a friend. We had a wonderful dinner (3 Course Menu). The entire dining experience, services, and food were excellent.

Superb! We were warmly welcomed by engaging staff into an oasis of relaxing calm. Delicious well paced dishes that delighted and sometimes surprised the palate, complimented by nice wines. Overall a lovely evening and a real culinary treat!
