    A lovely pub. Nice atmosphere. Friendly and efficient staff who gave excellent customer service. Food and drinks all excellent.

    The service was good when we arrived, the food came out in good time and was tasty the main came out which was tasty to , when I plates were cleared, we were asked if we wanted puddings but we were both too full so we declined . That’s the last we saw of service , we waited quite awhile before we saw a member of staff and asked for our bill and then we waited at the table to pay in the end. Had to go to the bar and wait again to pay don’t know if they came short staffed But they did seem to be a lack of staff after the meal .

    Brilliant service and great choice of food. Served with smiles.Generator being used, as no power due to recent storm. Staff were clearly coping very well in circumstances.

    As always, the service was welcoming and well paced. The food was very good. This is an attractive pub, with very pleasant bar and restaurant areas, with a variety of seating. It's tastefully decorated. Overall, I am very happy to recommend the Ewe and Lamb.

    First class as always even though they were running on a generator so as to keep the kitchen open and working, there were lots of candles…..great atmosphere

    Service was fast, food came out quickly and was excellent. Been before and happy to go back. However, our waitress forgot to bring out the same drink twice (never got it), forgot to bring out mustard when requested (never got it) then tried to take my plate when id clearly not finished.

    The menu always has a good selection of food. All meals are excellent. This pub is a regular choice for us.
