   Pasta was overcooked mush. Caviar accoutrements were awful & everything sss served all at once. Mixed bottled water with sparking water. I can have a $500 lunch with better service & food elsewhere.

   We always have a wonderful time at 41 North. Our server, Liss, was great. She made sure our nephew's dietary restrictions were fully noted. Chef Alia also made sure to come out and greet our family. This place is one of our favorite dining spots in Newport.

   Our server Amanda was great! They had a large party so perhaps that affected the delay in service we were patient. We were just enjoying the evening. The food was okay. Maybe we need to just do appetizers and drinks.

   Always loved this place but unfortunately not last night. Ordered drinks to start followed by our dinner and one friend fell ill after ordering her drink and never got to take a single sip. When the bill arrived, we noticed that we were charged for her drink. We spoke with the manager and he never offered a refund or any type of comp for the charge. Sorry but customer service is everything.

   Years have been coming to the 41, I believe due to hiring and some political differences with Rhode Island the staffing on the island itself has been very limited. Overall always a good time but the atmosphere and clientele have changed.
