   Very disappointed in the food. Ordered a hot chocolate which tasted like water. It was never replaced. But I wasn’t charged for it. We ordered macaroni and cheese that had no flavor. We ordered chicken fingers for the kids which came out hard as a rock. All three meals seem to be poorly prepared and had little to no taste. The ambience is great with the ski slope behind, but the food was pretty bad. Won’t be going back anytime soon!

   Typically we have great food quality, but for this particular visit, they were out of many things and the quality was lacking a lot. Kitchen was very unorganized- one minute they had something, the next they didn’t. We waited 15 minutes for dessert, only to find out that it was no longer available. My mashed potatoes were cold and my partner’s bacon was almost raw, you could still see the pink inside. Not sure what has happened, but disappointed with this past visit. Service was great. I would not rate this a one star all the time, this one star is for this visit in particular and I have never seen their kitchen so out of whack and disorganized. Seems that they might be going through some major changes, which isn’t good because their ski season is their busiest of the year. Hoping they fix this quickly.

   We go "skiing" once every year to The Grill at Bear Creek. We are at a point in our lives when we can no longer endure the physical act of skiing but still enjoy the atmosphere and ambiance of apre ski. The Grill at Bear Creek does that for us retired skiers. While the food is of medium quality, we get a window seat and reminisce about our days on the slopes. It is a "dining experience" for us. Do not let the menu fool you, the steak dish with Mac n' cheese, there is nothing cheese about it. All noodles and oil or butter. We enjoyed our enthusiastic waitress, Kim. Happy New Year!!

   I haven’t been there since I was little but it was great to be back, tubing was lots of fun! & the dinner afterwards was great!

   Overall the whole experience was good, the downside was the Grille was out of some items on the Holiday menu when we got there.

    We really enjoyed our experience at Bear Creek Grill restaurant. The food was overpriced and we were disappointed with the fact that we paid $500 for four steaks. The service was good however we were not happy with the quality of food.
