   We sat outside the night of the Krewe du Vieux parade. Our servers were fantastic and the food as always never fails

   We sat at the bar and the bartender was overwhelmed and that was understandable for it was Valentine’s Day. It took time to be served. The real issue for us was that when our bill came he had charged us for a seating of 2 the 20% charge that is for large seatings. He then gave us our cc bill to sign which had tip as well. If I would have noticed before he ran my cc I would have asked him to remove the 20% tip off our bill which included a $100+ bottle of wine - so that we could have determined the tip. More importantly how many people double tip from either being too tipsy or just not reviewing bill. The food was good and our service was not. Nice evening atmosphere. Btw, we called the bartender out on the tip being in our bill and he said oops.

   Thank you so much for your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the misinterpretation. All of our reservations are taken through OpenTable. Before any confirmation is sent, there are terms and conditions to agree to. One being that every major holiday incurs an automatic 20 percent service charge on all party sizes. We are open 365 days a year and we attempt to provide excellent service. However, we never want our guest to leave feeling like this wasn't fully earned.    Took too long for server to get to table. Was given wrong plate, which contained shellfish. I’m highly allergic. Food came out cold. For mix up, manager said they would remove dish from final tab. It didn’t happen.

   My husband and I made a reservation here for Valentine’s Day. It was our first time in the city and to be honest we didn’t really know what to expect. The staff were wonderful! They were all so kind and worked together as a team pretty seamlessly. I don’t feel like we had to wait around for anything. The food came out quickly and tasted amazing. I got the pumpkin ravioli and my husband got the fillet with asparagus. We loved both dishes so much and left feeling satisfied. Safe to say if we come back to the city we’ll be back here for sure!

   Food was amazing. Service was a zero. The server took our order then returned and asked if we were ready to order. Muscles were delivered and not ordered. Then chick Parmesan was delivered and not ordered. After several inquiries, our salad and entree were delivered. Then the bill was 5 entrees for two people. Worse service ever for fine dining. The food however was fantastic but ruined by the turmoil created by the server.

    Our server was horrible. Couldn’t get anything correct. Food was mediocre at best. I’ve eaten here before about a year ago. What happened?
