    The food was okay and the service was poor. We had to ask many times surrounding questions about the food & our plates were cleared before we were done eating.

    While food tastes good it got cold far too quickly. There were a lot of staff but not very attentive and it was hard to attract attention.

    We waited for 45 mns for our starter! Then another 20 mns for our main course. The restaurant was not full so I do not understand why we had such poor service from the kitchen. The waiter was very apologetic and offered us side orders free of charge. The gesture was appreciated of course but we really felt we had been forgotten. When the food eventually arrived it was fresh and quite tasty. We took no desserts as we had no time left

    We ordered the truffle burger and truffle milanesa. The burger came with a sauce that was not good. The milanesa came with a delicious sauce. I would not order the burger again.

    This restaurant is really beautiful and was decked out for Christmas. The food was delicious but the burger was delivered lukewarm. Unfortunately, our enjoyment of the meal was spoilt a little due to our table being in a very cold position, the breeze from the door came through the curtain. It’s best not to sit in table by the curtain on colder days. We had booked a couple of weeks in advance so would have hoped for better and it has put me off this one a bit on our first visit. I’ve been to other Ivy restaurants which have been great.

    We booked a table for dinner and kindly requested a nice table. The lady greeted us with a lovely smile and gave us a nice table which we appreciated. We did really enjoy our time and the staff was so welcoming and friendly. The food was amazing.
