    Service was horrible Ordered an alcohol drink never came , ordered a soup came with no spoon Ordered desert waited 45 minutes for it To come All other tables who sat down and ordered after us Had left and we were still there Waiting for desert and a manager to Realize there is something wrong I don’t recommend the place what so ever Food was mid Brussels sprout and green beans tasteless I don’t recommend it at all

    Waitress was very abrupt and rude. Got our order wrong and had taken my pot of tea away without me even pouring a cup to drink!! Rushed and felt unwelcome. Toilets were blocked and overflowing.. filthy!! We attended for my 40th birthday and it was not the experience I had hoped for. So disappointed. Will not ever return!

    Have been here several times, food is always good but the service yesterday was not so good. Felt incredibly rushed - table was booked for 7.45 and we arrived early but they were rushing us off the table by 8.45

    Lovely restaurant for Christmas dining. The location was really good as well as the decorations but the service was a bit slow. Food was great :)

    We booked a table for the 1917 menu. When we arrived sorry only festive menu now at £55! The food was at best average and hughly overpriced. Chicken milanese did not come with anything. So we asked for maybe some spaghetti. Oh yes, that will be £9.95 we discovered on the bill. One meal arrived stone cold! 4 people, 1 main meal each. 1 bottle of wine £220!
