   Family birthday dinner at The Keg pretty much sums it up. Food was extremely good and service was wonderful.

   We drive from Oshawa to this location for most of our family celebrations. It is always amazing but tonight was not the best. The manager apologized for our 25 min wait despite our resos bc the people at our table ignored the time limit. I thought it was great they apologized and even offered 2 apps. The waitress was great but few hiccups .. mainly my sisters salmon was undercooked and my daughter's steak was not cooked correctly. They made up by not charging for my sisters salmon and offered her a dessert and redid my daughter's steak but overall we had all eaten and were finished by the time they got their food. Things happen we will be back and appreciate the waitress and management.

   This Keg location is my go to favourite and my experience last night was fantastic as always. Our server Cyvo was outstanding.

   We were a party of 16! Celebrating a birthday! Overall everything was great other than waiting over 30 minutes for our table. When you have a toddler that's a little difficult. I was under the assumption that our table would be ready as we booked two weeks in advance.Food was great, our waiter was amazing.

   Our server Victoria was excellent. Our steaks cooked perfectly. Although it was quite busy we never felt rushed. In the contrary, told to take our time and relax and enjoy. This was the best experience we’ve had to date at The Keg. Thank you!!!!

   We made a reservation for the dining room for 5:45 and after 15 minutes of waiting were sat in the bar area. Then people who were walk-ins with the same number party got walked to the dining room. Then my steak which was supposed to be medium came bloody and rare and I had to wait for it be be corrected. By the time it came my husband was done his dinner. Water glasses stayed empty and had to flag down the waiter for another wine. The Keg has clearly gone down hill. No manager visit or offer of compensation even with all the issues

   Keg Ajax is always an amazing place to eat! Food is consistently high-quality, fresh hot and correct to order. The staff here are super friendly, accommodating and very knowledgeable about the workings of the restaurant. They were able to accommodate physical needs (ie a walker or cane), and are proactive about it. They are also perfectly willing to offer items that suit those with food sensitivities (allergies, conditions). Always a top shelf experience here! As a side note, this restaurant can get very busy. If you use any kind of hearing technology (hearing aid, CI), it will be difficult to hear due to the open concept style of building. The sound bounces around readily. If you have a supportive device, be sure to bring it with you... The servers are not able to control any of that.

    Has also been a great place to go to. Dinner tonight was not to standards that I remember. We go once or twice a year for special occasions. Tonight steak was finally good portion but side vegetable was gross undercooked and potato was just off. Maybe cook was having an off day. It happens to everyone- no worries! Still enjoyed my night out thank you
