   We went to celebrate my wife’s 50th birthday tonight and in typical Keg fashion everything was PERFECT. From the ease of accommodating our large party, to the impeccable service from a wonderful staff, and OH THE FOOD! Our table had everything from steak to shrimp and scallops, and no one went home hungry. If you’re looking for great food and a moderate-casual atmosphere this is your place! And if you can’t decide when you get there, get the prime rib; it’s TO DIE FOR!

   Wow. The quality of service at this place has gone way down hill. The hostesses were friendly, but the servers were awful. Katherine, our server, needs to find another job - maybe in telephone customer service. She took forever to greet us and our drinks took even longer and we only ordered water and two draft beers. Secondly, the guy who brought our bread was in the worst mood ever. He did not acknowledge us, nor reply when we said thank you. After ordering, we did not see Katherine again until it was time for the check. The only bright spot was this young blonde girl who brought our food. We had to ask the poor thing to clear off all our dirty dishes so she could set down our entrees. She also brought us more water and bread. So we tipped her and reduced Katherine's tip. All of these servers (except the young blonde girl) need to get trained by a career high end steakhouse server. They were awful.

   The baked potato came about halfway through our entrée but the food was very tasty

   Disappointed. I have always enjoyed the Keg and really miss the Plano location but we started visiting the Arlington location after it closed. It’s a long drive but it was worth it up till this visit. The service was mediocre, the steaks were not up to the usual standards. There were 6 of us and we all ordered different cuts and only one of us were satisfied with our steaks. It was so disappointing & I honestly doubt we will dine here again…it was just that bad. Keg management…you can do better!

   Not a good experience. Food very average… service super slow. Second keg I have been to within the month. Same experience. Just need to go elsewhere.

   My wife and I went for dinner, Christmas Eve. The food was good, but not excellent. Our server, named, 11, was outstanding. He made the entire experience that much better. We would go back.

   Great experience with my children and our server Eleven. He knew what to suggest from the drink menu and suggested great add-ons to our meal. He was courteous and kind. My young adults were pleased and tried many different items on the menu. We really enjoyed ourselves for our pre Kwanzaa celebration.

    I've eaten at The Keg many times, the food is consistently great and this time was no exception. Our server wasn't the best, there were no huge mistakes but it took a little extra time to get his attention. But, overall a very nice meal, we'll be back!
