   Notified them that one person had a shellfish and mushroom allergy with reservation. Got to restaurant and even informed waitress. Got our drinks and salad quickly. The waitress came back one time to fill water then never seen again till the end. The food came to the table with mushrooms. Told them there was a person with anaphylaxis to mushrooms. I said please don’t just re-plate the steak as this would cause serious issue. The head kitchen person brought the plate back. Asked if it was just re-plated and they said yes. Again told them one person would have anaphylaxis. They took away and did bring a new plate. The other guest shared their food since it took another 30 minutes. Yes they removed from the bill but still no regards for allergies. Also waitress never offered anymore drinks while waiting. Definitely ruined the birthday celebration. Can’t believe they are willing to risk a life like this.

   Steaks were very over cooked and tough. Taste was really great. But the quality of the meat was disappointing.

   The badly needed renovations to this restaurant are appreciated. We've visited this chain many times throughout the valley over the years for the value received in a steakhouse. While pricing has moderately increased with inflation, the quality and service no longer meet the standards expected from a restaurant at this price point in our experience.

   They are definitely working out kinks after their remodel. Drinks from the bar took a long time, so long I am pretty sure our server forgot about them until another server brought them out. Our food took even longer, with almost a 50-minute ticket time. When the food did finally arrive, my prime rib was closer to medium well instead of the medium rare I ordered. The server did send the prime rib back, and a manager brought out a slice at the correct temperature, but he barely acknowledged the issue and said nothing about the long wait for food. The actual prime rib was bland, so bland it was the first time I have salted cooked meat. This was my birthday dinner, and it fell pretty far short of expectations.

   Excellent food and service! The mushroom and gruyere appetizer was awesome! And the twice baked potato was truly delicious.

    Everyone at our table thought the food was only ok. Everything tasted frozen and the prime rib sandwich tasted a lot like Arby’s. The lights were extremely bright in the restaurant and the glasses, silverware, etc. had water spots on everything making it look dirty. The service was great and the prices are low but reflect the quality. We decided we would rather pay more to have higher quality food.
